 There will be no unauthorized use of computer files and computers will be password protected
Any hard-copy information will be kept safely and securely
Clients' personal information will be kept confidential and not divulged to any other person
Any back-up information stored on disk will be confidential and secure
E-mail addresses will be kept confidential
Interviews with clients on the celebrant's premises will be private and confidential
Any hard-copy documentation not required to be kept for record purposes will be shredded
